2. Account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Do not upload data you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse or overload the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (medications, documents, images, chats). You grant CureIQ a limited license to process this content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

5. AI Output

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on Service output. Verify important information with a licensed professional.

6. Subscription & Fees

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing and refund terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Free plans may be subject to usage limits.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to users or the Service.
