CureIQ ("we", "us", "our") provides an educational AI health copilot. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CureIQ you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers (e.g. Google sign-in).
  • Content you submit: medications, lab documents, imaging files, and chat messages you send to the assistant.
  • Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and feature usage, used to improve the product.

1a. Google Sign-In (OAuth)

When you choose "Continue with Google," CureIQ requests only the following OAuth scopes from Google:

  • openid — to authenticate your identity
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email — your email address
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile — your name and profile picture

We use this information solely to create and secure your CureIQ account. We do not request, access, store, or transmit any other data from your Google account — including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Contacts, Photos, YouTube, or any other Google service. We never use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties. You can revoke CureIQ's access at any time from your Google Account security settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and personalize the CureIQ service.
  • To generate AI responses about medications, lab results and imaging you submit.
  • To secure your account and prevent abuse.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g. welcome, password reset).

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service (authentication, hosting, AI model providers, email delivery), under contractual confidentiality obligations.

4. Health Information Disclaimer

CureIQ provides educational information only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR/CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), authentication tokens and access controls to protect your information.

8. Children

CureIQ is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
